Obvara-fired Biomorphic Form 3

Obvara is a type of firing from Eastern Europe, where the hot pot is taken from the kiln at around 800C and dipped into a milk like mixture of fermented yeast, flour and water and then straight into cold water, this stops the mixture from getting too black.  The decorative, very organic, pattern is burnt into the surface and remains indefinitely.
